As a certificated Spiritual Director and a Healing Touch Practitioner, I utilize a blend of contemplative discernment, deep listening and energy healing.
Total wellness includes somatic, emotional, relational and spiritual components, and it all emanates from groundedness and connection to Spirit.
In our bodies, we experience groundedness when our bioenergy field is evenly distributed, balanced, and flowing in our entire body. Spiritually, the practice of grounding enables us to become present to our Self and the Holy One. Being grounded narrows the gap between our personal life on Earth and our spiritual life. Our body is the meeting place between the matter of form and the energy of spirit. It is a state of being during which our energetic self is present throughout our physical body. The healing goals and personal transformation intentions in these sessions is to bring about wholeness and wellness through a Wisdom-informed approach that blends contemplative listening and energy healing.
I offer stand-alone sessions with a spiritual direction or energy healing focus. I also offer dynamic, situational sessions or sessions which are a dynamic and situational sessions that flow between these two modalities. Where you start depends on what brought you to this work, what challenges or goals you have, your comfort level or familiarity with various forms of body/energy based therapy and personal spiritual practices. If desired, this is something we can explore in our first session.
I do not have a fixed compensation model. I am inspired and guided by the Wisdom principle that the real payment in this work is part of a much greater, cosmic imaginal exchange. I was drawn to spiritual direction and energy healing because of my own journey, and it is one way I can serve those who are on the same path. I am asking for monetary donations only to the extent that I need a basic income. I trust you to determine what dollar amount feels right to you. This is something we can discuss in our initial consultation.
